All products are NOT returnable once the package has been opened*, thus making it important that you read and understand our return policy before ordering. Products are fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should there be an issue with the product.

Return Policy For Epson ColorWorks Products
Unopened Epson ColorWorks products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 5% restocking fee. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy For Afinia Label Products
Unopened Afinia Label products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date*, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund.
*Return Policy Exceptions For Afinia Label Products: The Afinia L301 Label Printer and all versions of the Afinia L501 Label Printer include a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee that allow for these printers to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (some conditions apply). The following conditions must be met in order for the Afinia L301 and L501 Label Printers to be eligible for a refund: the printer must have less than 1,000 prints on it and the customer must retain all original packaging (if customer does not have the original packaging then the customer must purchase original packaging from Afinia Label). An RMA will be issued after Afinia Label and Texas Label Printers, LLC considers the printer eligible for return. After the RMA is issued, the customer is responsible for and must prepay return shipping charges and assume the risk for loss or damage during shipment (purchasing shipping insurance from a carrier is required). Texas Label Printers, LLC/New Millennium Office Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the manufacturer, Afinia Label, determines that the following conditions were not met upon receiving the returned printer, and the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product back to the customer (including the cost of any necessary packaging).
Return Policy For Colordyne Products
Unopened Colordyne products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, however Texas Label Printers, LLC/New Millennium Office Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the manufacturer, Colordyne Technologies, LLC (Colordyne), determines the product to be non-returnable. If Colordyne deems that the product is eligible for to be returned, the refund amount will be determined by Colordyne once they receive and evaluate the returned product. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Colordyne plus a 24% restocking fee on all Colordyne label printers and a 20% restocking fee on all other Colordyne products such as ink cartridges, parts and printheads. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy For Products By All Other Manufacturers
Unopened products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 22% restocking fee. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund.
There are no refunds on opened packages, used products, custom orders, and/or consumable items such as ink cartridges and other supplies. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. Texas Label Printers, LLC/New Millennium Office Systems, Inc. does not provide exact delivery dates for orders and does not guarantee that orders will be delivered within the estimated timeframe, therefore no refunds will be issued for any order that arrives later than originally estimated or anticipated by the customer unless the item is still eligible for return in accordance with our aforementioned manufacturer-specific return policies.
Suggestions For Avoiding Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we highly recommend ordering free printed samples from the printers that you are considering. We are happy to provide printed samples with your own artwork so that you can see the print quality for yourself before purchasing the equipment. While this process may take a few extra days, this step is crucial in comparing the print quality of each label printer that you that are considering.
Receiving An Order
When you receive an order from us, please examine the package closely for shipping damage before accepting it and before opening the factory-sealed packaging. The customer must report any shipping damage to the carrier upon receipt. The customer can also refuse the shipment if the package appears damaged. Once the factory seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund. The product is, however, still covered by the product’s respective manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer defects that are discovered after opening the factory-sealed packaging must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of the product. Most manufacturers will pay for (or reimburse) the cost of return shipping if the manufacturer determines that the product has a manufacturer defect.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If you change your mind about the purchase and would like to return the unopened product, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number as detailed below. Again, do not open the packaging. The refund will be issued only if the product is still unopened with all the original packing material, accessories, software, and manuals. Customer must prepay shipping charges on returns and assume the risk for loss or damage during shipment (purchasing shipping insurance from a carrier is required). Texas Label Printers, LLC/New Millennium Office Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.
For all returning products, you must receive an RMA number. Please email us to get an RMA number. It takes approximately 2 business days to issue an RMA. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.
Please note that refunds are not available on opened packages and/or used items.
The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
